Advisory subscriptions are billed monthly in advance at the rates published on this site or as agreed in your engagement letter. Fees may be adjusted with 30 days' written notice. All plans are month-to-month and may be cancelled by either party with 30 days' notice; new engagements carry a 30-day money-back guarantee as described on the pricing page.

Client assets are held at independent third-party custodians, not by the Firm. Your use of custodian platforms is governed by their agreements. External links on this site are provided for convenience; we make no representations regarding third-party content and are not liable for it.

8. Intellectual Property

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from website use shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Canyon County, Idaho, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Client disputes follow the arbitration and resolution provisions of the applicable engagement agreement.

15. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding website use and supersede all prior understandings.
